Return Policy
*Many Items can be returned back to us for a full refund within 14 days of
purchase (excluding shipping costs which are sole responsibility of customer). Under no circumstances will we accept any returns unless the items are in their original carton with all original packing material intact. Email sales@QualityKidsRugs.com to receive an authorization number for all returns. www.QualityKidsRugs will not accept any returns without an Return authorization assigned.
Should you receive a product you believe is imperfect, defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us with the following information: your tracking number and reason for your return. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for processing your return. Please email us anytime at Sales@QualityKidsRugs.com or call us at 877-873-2229 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (eastern standard time).
QualityKidsRugs cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We would suggest our customers sending all returns insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage.
